McKay alert fans on upcoming projects

South Africa-based Nigerian artiste MCKay has alerted fans on his upcoming projects to consolidate achievements in his music career.

Armed with the tools needed to make headway in the music industry, the South African based Nigeria rapper, songwriter and record producer has been making steady progress.

Born Akorede Ezekiel Taiwo on 18th June 1997, He grew up in Nigeria and later relocated to South Africa in 2013.

Better Known for his 2017 single “K” featuring King Genesis, he gives more to his fans than just style and lyrics with his fusion of trap and afrobeat.

The release of singles like winning, K and COCOON and the subsequent release of EPs like ‘king n knights’ in 2015, ‘Trappist 1’ in 2017 and later the same year with ‘Trappist 2’.
 
Nicknamed leader of the new school, his music video for the single “K” has so far gotten over 100,000 views on YouTube. In 2018 the music streaming app Spotify listed him as number 2 most streamed artiste in South Africa.
 
With the release of his current single ‘COCOON’ a few months ago, It is safe to say that Mckay is on the path to a fruitful career in music.
