After a 7-year absence, Song Il Kook, the father of triplets Daehan, Minguk, and Manse, is set to make a comeback on ‘The Return of Superman’.
This time, he will serve as a special narrator and collaborate with So Yoo Jin. During his narration, he will share stories about his 12-year-old triplets and express his hope for a 4th child.
Back in 2014 to 2016, Song Il Kook and his triplets gained immense popularity when they appeared on the show for two years. Viewers were charmed by the adorable trio, and they quickly became household names across Korea.
In his narration, Song Il Kook will share anecdotes about his children, including how Minguk resembles his mother and is quick-witted. He will also reveal his desire to have a daughter, as he watches Naeun’s segment on the show.
During a VCR video call with the ‘Superman’ family, Song Il Kook empathized with them and said that dads are not great with multitasking like moms. He also expressed his delight at seeing the families again after such a long time.
