Telecommunications services provider, Airtel Nigeria, has commissioned its Expo Centre, a fully automated service hub located at Adeola Odeku street, Victoria Island, Lagos, in a strategic drive to empower telecoms consumers.

The one-stop touch-point, which was declared open recently, is the flagship service centre of the Telecommunications Company in Nigeria.

Speaking at the occasion, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company,  Segun Ogunsanya, said the Airtel Expo centre bears eloquent testimony to the company’s resolve and commitment to exceptional customer service delivery, noting that the touch-point is fully automated and specifically designed to offer exciting service experience to telecoms consumers.

According to him, Airtel is keenly interested in not just offering telecoms consumers the best connection but it is also passionate about expanding its service footprints to serve Nigerians better.

“As we increase our footprints in Lagos, we bring with it our rich history and culture of great service experience to the delight of our customers, especially those within this community and the environs.

“Indeed, as we open the doors of this world class showroom to the public today, customers will experience world class touch that will help optimize our rich range of unique offerings and services in data, voice, bill payment, query resolution and general enquiries,” he said.
