Record Outstanding Performance In WASSCE

SOFUNIX International Schools, Iroko Town, Ogun State, recently rolled out drums to celebrate its 10th anniversary.Described as platform for breeding future leaders, the school has produced students that had graduated with flying colours in different tertiary institutions.
 
Speaking during the anniversary, the guest speaker and a lecturer at Crawford University, Ogun State, Dr. Comfort Amire commended the schools management for ensuring high academic and moral standard in the school. She advised the students to sustain the schools’ tradition of exemplary performance in all fields of human endeavour.
 
In his address, the Proprietor, Mr. Sola Oni disclosed that the ultimate goal of the school is to produce well-rounded students with solid academic and moral foundation to drive the socio-political and economic landscape of Nigeria and the African continent.

 
Oni commended parents of the old and current students for keeping faith with the school. He stated that as an ecosystem, cordial relationship among stakeholders is a necessary condition to achieve the schools’ set goals.
 
Meanwhile the outstanding performance of the graduating students of SOFUNIX International College in the 2017 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) had earlier elicited commendation and advice from the parents.
 
By the results, the students performed excellently in all their subjects in what is regarded as a consistent progression since the College commenced graduating students at WASSCE and National Examination Council (NECO).
 
Commenting on the exemplary performance in WASSCE examinations, an executive member of the college’s Parents/Teachers’ Association (PTA), Mr. Rafiu Bello noted that it is expected in view of the conducive learning environment and competent teaching staff in the school.
