The District Governor, Ijeoma Pearl Okoro, who disclosed this at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State while investing the Vice Chancellor of the school, Prof. Hilary Edeoga with the Paul Harris Fellowship (PHF) award beckoned on all and sundry to enroll in the club, whose mission is service to humanity, saying ‘giving is not an exclusive right of the rich, it is for the living and the willing.”

She disclosed that Prof Edeoga is qualified for the award based on his contributions to Rotary Club even though he is not a member. She, therefore, urged him to enroll as member and continue his good work for humanity.
Expressing delight in the award and accepting to consider the invitation to join the club, Edeoga described the award as another turning point for him to do what God has empowered him to do.
