Tonami Abiona a 7 year old lover of books, art & craft, fashion, gymnastics and swimming

At age 5, during the summer holiday, she got busy cutting, compiling sheets of paper to make little scrap books. In those scrap books, she wrote and illustrated short stories about her interests such as clothes and weathers, events, her family and her friends.

Shortly before resumption at school, she made more scrap books and shared with her friends as gifts to write and illustrate their own stories.
In 2016, she received an invitation to showcase her scrap books at the Kid Entrepreneurship Fair organized by the KidEntrepreneurs much to her excitement. Together with her Mum, they improved on the idea based on feedback from her friends. The result is MY STORY BOOK KIT, a creative writing resource for young readers, writers and illustrators.

MY STORY BOOK is a fun and engaging way to encourage kids to develop their writing skills through creativity, exploration and imagination.

Inside the box (kit) is a detailed instruction manual that guides the child through the kit contents and how to write their unique stories, 3 Hardcover Book Templates and a Hardcover Book Holder. It is ideal for home, group/ classroom learning, fun during parties and serves as a perfect keepsake for every child.
Today, MY STORY BOOK KIT is available for all kids nationwide via her website www.tonamiscreations.com and selected stores in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt with interest from other stores and customers within and outside Nigeria.

Entrepreneurship has had a very positive impact on Tonami. Her level of confidence has improved, she has a better understanding on the value of money, the impact of her business in people’s lives and the importance and joy in giving back.

A huge thank you to Aunty Bowale of KidEntrepreneurs for being a major trigger, educator, enabler and encourager
