he National President, Catholic Men’s Organisation (emeritus), Chukwuemeka Ernest Asoegwu has advanced in-filling of the Holy Spirit, prayers and constant consultations with church leadership as the key to successful and peaceful leadership.

Asoegwu said this in Lagos during his thanksgiving service for successfully piloting the affairs of CMO made up of about 22,000 men in Nigeria.

He said: “Leading people is not difficult if leaders would depend on the Holy Spirit and constant consultations of Church leadership, as well as carrying the people they are leading along.

“There would always be challenges, but if leaders could leverage the immutable strength of the Holy Spirit, they would always overcome every challenge. The solution to very solution is in the hands of the blessed Holy Spirit.”

The National President, who said prayer was the secret of his success, referred to his wife as his prayer partner, as together they’ve presented every case and challenge to the Lord, which were usually followed by testimonies.
