It is a season of celebrations within and outside the Living Faith Ministries/Winners’ Chapel and in many parts of the world, being the 35th Anniversary of the mandate, which the Lord committed into the hands of Bishop David Oyedepo.

The Living Faith Ministries in a few short decades have continued to impact solid, indelible and life-enhancing imprints on humanity throughout the world.

The giants strides in Christian ministry, education, business, mental re-engineering and social mobility are simply extra ordinary and can only be described in words similar to those applied to his master two centuries earlier ‘ …no man can do these… except God be with him…(John 3:2) With countless number of churches worldwide, two incredibly ambitious and dazzling-paced universities (with probably more to follow!), an unprecedented integration of academia and entrepreneurship (in a way that challenges, at least, every Nigerian University of every generation), the gigantic, steadily-unfolding initiatives to re-define rurality, and the touch of class that is the hallmark of their brand as well as the salutary sum total of all these on our befuddled nation – we all have abundant reasons to celebrate the God of the mandate (as they popularly refer to it within the Living Faith family) and the men and women (especially the Bishop and his wife) of the mandate. This song is a token contribution to this glorious celebration! Hearty congratulations to a vibrant, living, winning faith and mandate!

O God Who Keeps Covenants
(Tune – Stand up, stand up)

• O God who keeps covenants
The God who makes landmarks
Who brings mankind great blessings
Of divers, countless sorts
The greatest and best being man
Made in God’s divine image
To execute His mandate
And bless humanity

• Thank you for giving mankind
Giants through the ages
In every generation
To serve your great purpose
Thank you for giving to us
A David Oyedepo
A blessing clear and profound
A monument of grace

• Thank you for all the milestones
Which adorn the landscape
To cheer the hearts of millions
And set their lives on course
Thank you for Jesus’ good news
Of forgiveness and freedom
From ignorance, poverty
And for abundant life

• We beseech you, O God of
Mercy and compassion
Keep your son in your great grace
For still greater exploits
And raise for our dear nation
More warriors times like this need
Who will stem Satanic tides
Which afflict our nation! Amen.
