The audacity of your faith

Romans 4:18 “Who Against Hope Believed In Hope, That He Might Become the Father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be”.

It is amazing how men and women of Old exhibited AUDACIOUS FAITH in God. Concerning Abraham, God’s Word declares that “when hope was hopeless”, he chose to believe God despite contradictory evidences. God expects us to be bold and strong in our trust in Him, taking Him by His Word. The Bible recounts men, who through faith did extra-ordinary things. They were tenacious and audacious in their faith in God.

Hebrews 11: 33-35 “Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection”. God is looking for men and women on earth’s surface that will exhibit AUDACIOUS FAITH. In Luke chapter 5, four men carried a man who was sick with palsy. When they could not gain access HORIZONTALLY TO JESUS, they went VERTICALLY, blew up the roof of the house and let down the man into JESUS’ presence.

And when He saw THEIR AUDACIOUS FAITH, He ministered to the man, who was made whole. When JESUS came to Jericho, Bartimeus was asked to keep quiet, but he cried out the more, exhibiting an audacious cry of faith and JESUS stood AT ATTENTION to minister to him. Also, a woman with the issue of blood pressed through the crowd and was able to make a tangible audacious touch of JESUS and was made whole. Today, you must reach out with audacious faith.

An audacious faith is actually a tenacious and pertinacious faith that refuses to give up – will never take “NO” for an answer. Audacious faith will never give up; it is not over until God’s promises are fulfilled. Matthew 11:12 “And from the days of John the Baptist until now, the Kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence, AND THE VIOLENT TAKE IT BY FORCE”. The Israelites under Joshua’s Leadership appropriated the promises of God concerning their inheritance.

They fought and fought and God fought for them. Joshua 21: 43-45 “And the LORD GAVE UNTO ISRAEL ALL THE LAND, which He sware to give unto their fathers; AND THEY POSSESSED IT, AND DWELT THEREIN. And the LORD GAVE THEM REST ROUND ABOUT, according to all that He sware unto their fathers: and there stood not a man of all their enemies before them; the LORD delivered ALL THEIR ENEMIES INTO THEIR HAND. There FAILED NOT OUGHT OF ANY GOOD THING which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; ALL CAME TO PASS”. Stand your ground and you will possess the promises.

PRAYER: Father God, I choose to trust in You. I refuse to quit or give up. You are my expectation and my expectation cannot be cut off. I place and deposit all my faith in You, the I AM that I AM – JEHOVAH GOD. In JESUS NAME I receive Your intervention.
