Let Peace Of God Guard Your Heart

WHERE was Jesus in the storm? He was so at-peace that He was sleeping! 

  We must be thankful to the Almighty God that Jesus Christ died on the cross and was raised from the dead to become our Prince of Peace. He helps us find safety and security in the midst of the storm (John 16:33).

  Are you experiencing any of these storms? Relationship storm? (No peace in your home). Financial storm? (No job, no money?) Health storm? (Down with sickness, disease?) Emotional storm (no inner peace?) National storm? (Insecurity and other national problems) Political storm? (Uncertainty concerning the coming elections)

  Whatever your storm, don’t forget who’s willing and also able to calm the storm and restore peace into your life and that situation. Jesus is His name! He is the Prince of Peace and Master of the universe.

  When you find yourself in a storm — go to Jesus.

Luke 8:24

  “And they came to Him and awoke Him, saying, “Master, Master, we are perishing!” Then He arose and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water. And they ceased, and there was calm.” 

  Right now, I command the calmness into your life, family, ministry and the political situation in Nigeria. Jesus the Prince of Peace will have His way in your life today and forever.

  Humbly give all of your concerns to the One, Who can handle them—the omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent Lord of all creation. “Be careful for nothing: but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Phil. 4:6-7. 

  The peace that God gives is entirely different from the one you find in the world. True peace comes from knowing that God is in control. So from today, let the peace of God guard your heart against any stormy situation.
