Jesus knew that Lazarus was sick, yet he delayed in going to Bethany for more days.

He waited till Lazarus died and was buried before He went with His disciples.

Martha heard that Jesus and His Disciples were on the way coming she went and met them.

Martha said to Him, “Lord, if you have been here, my brother would have not died.”

When Mary heard that Jesus had arrived, she also went to meet Him and said to Him, “Master, if you had been here, my brother would not have died.”

Here, both Martha and Mary were confirming the fact that Jesus arrived late. Jesus arrived four days later after Lazarus has been buried.

They were pained that Jesus didn’t arrive on time to save their brother.

To them, the Master was “too late.” After a little dialogue, Jesus said, “… I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live” (John 11:25).

What a powerful statement! He didn’t say, “I have the resurrection power”; He said, “I am the resurrection, and the life!”

That means as long as He’s on the scene, even that which was dead shall come back to life.

I tell you today, “It’s never late with God!” Nothing is impossible with God.

He’s the God that, “… quickeneth the dead, and calleth things which be not as though they were” (Romans 4:17).

God reverses even the most hopeless cases and brings dead situations back to life.

This is one reason you can never be disadvantaged. It doesn’t matter the negative report you got from the Doctors; believe in the God Who raises the dead!

May be they told you that the Job you prayed about has been giving to someone else, hence no vacancy for you; refuse to be moved!

Believe in the God Who specialises in reversing impossible situations. It’s never too late with Him, and nothing is too difficult for Him!

Even when it seems like time is no longer on your side, relax! With one step, He’ll restore the time you lost and transport you to the place of your dreams. He’s never, ever late!

God is never in a hurry but always on time. God promised Abraham and Sarah, his wife a male child.

They tried to help God and made a great mistake. At God’s time in Genesis 21, God visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as He had spoken.

For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.

In Genesis 21:6, “Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.”

I pray for you today, God shall make you to laugh in Jesus Name, Amen.

You shall have cause to smile again because God shall remember you in that ugly situation.

Beloved, it is not yet over because I see God stepping into your situation for good. He shall wipe away your tears.

However, when Jesus went to Lazarus’s graveside and He ordered that the stone be rolled away.

He commanded Lazarus to come forth and he came out alive even though he has been buried for four days. God is never late.

Beloved, I do not know what you have been passing through all these years. Maybe it is childlessness or poverty.

May be the promise God gave you has not yet come and it seemed to you that God has delayed.

No, whatever He promises, He will do. God is never late. Keep trusting Him and keep holding on.

Today’s Nugget: God is never late, He’s always on time
Prayer: Father, I rejoice to know that no challenging situation can overwhelm me, for You are never late in Jesus Name, Amen.
