God has come to prove his power to bless

Matthew 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”

Our Lord Jesus Christ is in control, having received all powers in both Heaven and earth. He has made Himself available for all believers to take refuge in Him, receive blessings of healing, prosperity and through Him have access to the father in Heaven for eternal life. It important to note that without God or His Son Jesus Christ, our life is both empty and hopeless, but with Him there is confidence. Hence, He keeps on assuring His children that He will not let us suffer or be put to shame. He has come to empower, bless, and protect us. The Bible says in Luke 10:19-20, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.” Empowerment is good blessing, as it enables one to seek for means of livelihood and to do God’s work. The expectation of every human being, which of course is God’s Will for us, is to be wealthy here on earth and to make Heaven at the end of life on earth. When we are empowered and blessed by God, whatever we lay our hands upon will continue to prosper with little effort. The life of a Christian, who is under God’s power, is not by struggle, but by grace because God is out to always provide for His children. God is out to bless His children today, since He has taken an oath to do so. Your part is to have faith in Him and open yourself to receive Him.

Again, it is another blessing to have one’s name written in Heaven. As you work in God’s vineyard, preaching the gospel and winning souls for the Kingdom of God, especially in preparation for this crusade, you are laying treasures in Heaven and God will have your name written in the book of life for eternal life. As you come for this programme, today, pray for God’s empowerment and blessing. Ensure that you do not miss what God has prepared for you at this programme. He has come to bless you.

You should be careful not to allow any kind of distraction that will derail your focus. The devil will try to take you away from God’s plan for you, but you should resist him.

The Bible says in John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.’ The word ‘thief’ here is used metaphorically to represent the devil, whose stock in trade is to cause harm in the life of God’s children. The devil’s agents will come to discourage you from coming to God’s presence to receive what has been prepared for you from this world’s foundation. However, in the face of danger, distraction and discouragement, determination should be your watch word that whatever happens, you must make yourself available to God’s presence to receive your blessings. The devil’s plan is that every child of God should die in penury without Christ, and then go to hell fire. God forbid! Fortunately, our Lord Jesus Christ has come to scuttle the devil’s evil machinations, to give all human beings life in abundance. Our Lord Jesus Christ will redeem that promise, today, in your life as you attend this programme. God has taken an oath to bless you, and He will redeem it today. Pray fervently that God should remember you in the course of distributing blessings of healing, business breakthroughs, children, and divine connections, among others.

The Bible is clear about the healing power of God in Matthew 4:23-25 saying, “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sicknesses and all manner of diseases among the people. 24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them. 25 And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.”

Today, believe that God’s power will touch you. Prepare yourself by purging yourself of all sins. Give your life to Jesus Christ, if you have not done so. I am assuring you that your life will experience remarkable spiritual and physical rebirth, and you will make Heaven at the end of this life in Jesus name.

Wow! Impotent Man Fathers Three Children
…Only God Can Do This
MY name is Sister Florence Francis. I appreciate God for the opportunity to share this testimony. After getting married, l thought this was the passport to becoming pregnant and bearing children. However, it was a great disappointment when l searched for the fruit of the womb for about 10 years to no avail.

My husband and l went to different hospitals, conducted series of tests and I was told I was okay. But they pronounced my husband impotent, and that he would not be able to impregnate a woman. The situation was terrible, but I refused to disclose it to my parents.

One of the gynaecologists called me aside and told me that I was too young to be in that kind of situation. He said he had something to tell me and asked whether l would listen and heed his advice.

I asked him what it was. He said out of 100 women, 70 per cent usually go in a particular direction, while the remaining 30 per cent go the way he was about to tell me. He said since I resided at Mafoluku, he would book an appointment with me to go lodge in a hotel in Agbara. He said we would go there to sleep together and I would eventually get pregnant. I said no, I would not do that. I went home and when my husband returned from work, I told him what the gynaecologist said. I decided that from that very day, I would no longer go to any hospital for tests and consultations. We decided to put our trust fully in God. On December 1, 2006, the Lord spoke to me and said, “Go to the Chosen, and I will bless you there.” I asked where Chosen was located. Later on, I met a Chosen sister, who directed me and I came here. On getting here, the Lord spoke to me and said, “This is the place; stay here and I will bless you.” I obeyed and stayed here. In 2007, we had this programme: “God Has Sworn To Bless You.” At that event, when our General Pastor mounted the pulpit, I was at the extreme end on the sisters’ side. I was walking around because I didn’t use to sit in one place. When our General Pastor was praying, he pointed in my direction and said, “that woman over there, who is so sorrowful, your husband has been diagnosed impotent. Today, let that yoke be broken.” Immediately, I fell under the auction of the Holy Ghost and after the programme, that very month didn’t pass me by. I didn’t know that I was pregnant. One day, I had stomach pain, and I told someone to buy lime for me, which I mixed with salt and took, but the stomach pain didn’t stop. I prepared pepper soup with scent leaf and Cameroonian pepper, which was very hot. I drank a little portion of it and shortly after, I started stooling uncontrollably. I thought it was typhoid or malaria, so I went to the hospital to do typhoid and malaria tests. Before I knew it, I saw a man in white apparel in the hospital. He looked at me and smiled. He met the doctor that wanted to carry out the test, and said to him, “Don’t carry out typhoid/malaria test. Instead, carry out pregnancy test.” I looked at the man and asked whether he knew me or he was sent to me. He smiled again at me. I told the doctor to please carry out the typhoid/malaria test, as I was dying. He said if I was ready for pregnancy test, he would do it. I decided to do the pregnancy test, and the man in white took my blood sample. After taking it, I couldn’t find him again. The doctor told me that after an hour, l should come for the result. When I went back to the doctor, he told me that I was 11-week pregnant. I went home and showed my husband the result of the test. When he saw it, he fainted and it was after 30 minutes that he regained consciousness.

Eventually, I registered in that hospital for antenatal, and on the seventh month, I went for scan. According to them, the scan result was very dangerous; that nobody had ever survived that kind of condition. The doctor told me that my situation was critical, but that operation was very dangerous and I would not deliver by myself. I left the hospital, and came here and tore the result. I cried unto God to grant me safe delivery and sowed a seed. Then I went home. On the ninth month, it was so tough and they booked me for operation. They explained that they would only try to save either my baby or my life. However, they were not sure if they could save both of us. The hospital invited a specialist for the operation, they told me to eat my best food and I say my last prayer. So, I requested for pap, which they gave me and I took, but there was no sign of labour. I prayed for the last time. They came to check again and saw that the baby’s head was out. They told me not to push, so that my baby would not fall to the ground. They prepared everything for delivery and to God’s glory and the devil’s shame; I was delivered safely of a bouncing baby boy. That day, the hospital was turned upside down because of the miracle. A woman who had similar case didn’t survive it. But in my own case, through God’s grace, I survived. I appreciate the Lord for seeing me through and honour the words of my Pastor. May his name be glorified forever in Jesus name!

Secondly, I want to thank God for changing my family’s situation. When we joined this ministry, my husband’s salary was just N8, 000, but today, the Lord has blessed him with a nice job, two cars and other things. Praise the Lord. I pray for our General Pastor, his family, all the Chosen pastors and members worldwide. Heaven at last in Jesus name! Praise the Lord!
