The first edition of the International Invitational Football Tournament tagged “Africa for Peace’’ will hold in Oba, Anambra, next month with six clubs and one national team participating, reports the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).
 
The Local Organising Committee (LOC) Chairman, Mustapha Mohammed, said yesterday in Abuja the tourney would hold from July 21 to July 26 with the participants from Nigeria and South Africa.
 
He said FC Ifeanyi Ubah of Nnewi, Sunshine Stars FC of Akure, Kano Pillars FC and one of the national teams would be flying the Nigerian flag at the tournament.
 
Mohammed added that Ajax Cape Town, Jomo Cosmos FC and Golden Arrows FC would be joining them from South Africa.
