Litesport International, a sports marketing outfit will from 3.00 p.m. today thrill football lovers around Jakande Estate, Mile Two, Lagos to classic football, with former Super Eagles stars, including Henry Nwosu, Victor Agali, Taribo West, Jonathan Akpoborie and Emmanuel Olisadebe, taking to the pitch to entertain fans.

Tagged ‘Charity Football Match,’ according to its promoter, Tosan Asenghua, “the event is a concept designed to gather elites around the community to play a football match, with the full support and active involvement of ex-internationals and current players.

“The bottom line is to use the gathering to generate funds and touch lives by assisting the motherless babies homes.”Asenghua disclosed that “we made customized jerseys for the elites to buy for the match, the proceeds from this and other sources of support ensures we have funds to buy gifts for the charity of choice, in this case So Said and Bethorey Homes’.

He revealed that his organization has confirmed the support and presence of Nwosu, Agali, Olisadebe, Akpoborie, Taribo West, Marshal Mbre, who is the C.E.O and Director of Flying Sports Academy (FSA), which manages Super Eagles stars, John Ogu and Nnamdi Oduamadi.

He added that Litesport is determined to “create a platform where talents can be discovered, improved and maximized, transforming local products/talent to international and global assets.” The game will take place at Unity Primary School, Jakande Estate, Mile Two.
