KEEN on consolidating on the recent success recorded at both the Commonwealth Taekwondo Championship in the United Kingdom and the 2015 African Games in Congo Brazzaville, the Nigeria Taekwondo Federation (NTF) has concluded plans for the 2015 Inspector General of Police Taekwondo Championship billed to hold from December 2 to 5 at the MD Abubakar Badminton Hall at the Police College, Ikeja Lagos.

President of the Federation, Grand Master George Ashiru, said in Lagos at the weekend that adequate arrangements for the success of the championship have been concluded, adding that intending participants should forward their entries to the NTF secretariat before December 2, 2015.

Ashiru also hinted that the annual Korean Ambassador’s West African Taekwondo Championship would hold from December 10 to 12, 2015 at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere Lagos, which is just after the IGP Taekwondo Championship, but not before the Kyorugi National Referees seminar holding from today to Wednesday at the Police College Gymnasium Hall, Ikeja Lagos.

Ashiru added that the Kukkiwon seminar and grading programme would hold from November 27 to 29 at the High performance Centre, Abuja.
