Nigeria’s Winter Olympics Bobsled/Skeleton team gets Travelstart, KLM support
Travelstart Nigeria and KLM Royal Dutch Airline are the latest firms supporting Nigeria’s Bobsled and Skeleton Federation’s quest to excel at the Winter Olympics slated for Pyeongchang, South Korea, from February 9 to 25.
The Nigerian quartet of Seun Adigun, Ngozi Onwumere, Akuoma Omeoga and Simidele Adeagbon will adorn the nation’s green white green shirt at the games, the country’s first appearance in the competition.
Yesterday in Lagos, Travelstart Nigeria and KLM Royal Dutch Airline hosted the team, where it revealed that the partnership to identify with the achievement of the team, as well as its deep commitment to progress in Africa. The firms added that the full team would be flown from the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos through Amsterdam to Incheon Airport in Seoul, South Africa.
An excited Country Manager of Travelstart Nigeria, Mr. Philip Akesson said they decided to share in the team’s resilience, passion and determination to excel in the sport.
