Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club (MFM FC) striker, Sikiru Olatunbosun, says his team’s ambition is to play in the continent next year. This, he said the club aims to achieve by finishing among the first three teams in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL).

Olatunbosun scored a sublime goal in MFM’s 2-1 victory over the NPFL defending champions, Enugu Rangers, in the Match Day 10 game played at the Agege Township Stadium in Lagos on Friday night.

He attributed his current performance, including the 30th minute goal against Rangers, to the grace of God, affirming, “but our target is to finish among the top three this season.

“We do not want what happened to us last term to repeat itself again this season. We do not want anybody to look down on us this time around. “Last season, I scored seven goals, I have three goals to my credit now and I expect to score more. What has been going for me is that I have been putting effort both during training and in my game,” he said.

MFM will be guests to Katsina United tomorrow in a Week 11 fixture. Speaking on MFM’s away game against Katsina United in the Match Day 11 of the NPFL fixture tomorrow, Olatunbosun said the least they hope to get is a draw.
