Falana, Agbakoba, templars qualify for semifinal

The law firms of Falana & Falana, Olisa Agbakoba Legal and Templars have joined Pinheiro LP in the semifinals of the on-going BOA lawyers League holding at the AstroTurf 2000 Ikoyi, Lagos.

The qualify for the semifinals, Falana & Falana defeated BA Law/Probitas 3-1 with Fashesin Tayo (two goals) and Adetodun Isola-Osobu accounting for the goals, while BA Law/Probitas’ lone goal was scored by Dipo Rufai.

Goals by John Uttute and Owolabi Dare gave Olisa Agbakoba Legal a 2-1 victory over Udo Udoma & Belo Osagie, whose goal was scored by Awoniyi Deji.Templars got the last four ticket courtesy of its 1-0 defeat of Lagos Ministry of Justice and will now join Pinheiro LP and the other two in the semifinals, which kicks off by 3.00 p.m. tomorrow.

In the fixtures released by AstroSoccer yesterday, Falana & Falana will battle with Templars in the first semifinal, while Olisa Agbakoba and Pinheiro LP will trade tackles shortly after.

According to the organisers, “Match time for each game is 20 minutes, including half time and change over time. Each team must arrive 30 minutes before their game,” a statement by the organisers said.
