Enyimba and Enugu Rangers will continue their fight for the top position in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) when they battle with Wikki Tourists in Bauchi and El Kanemi in Maiduguri respectively today.

Before the expulsion of Giwa FC from the league and the consequent withdrawal of all the points accruing from matches involving the Jos team, Rangers were on top of the NPFL table, while Enyimba were building their way gradually to the summit.

Now Rangers are fourth on the log on 29 points, with Enyimba second position with 30 points going into today’s clashes.

Enyimba on Sunday beat Warri Wolves 2-1 in one of their outstanding games and a win today in Bauchi will take the Peoples Elephant to the summit of the ladder.
