Amalgamation Of Coaches Plan Big For Women Football

The new Executive Committee of the Amalgamation of Women Football Coaches have vowed to take development of the game to the zenith beginning with the forthcoming women football carnival at the National Stadium, Lagos, in January, 2016.

The new Executive Committee of the Amalgamation of Women Football Coaches have vowed to take development of the game to the zenith beginning with the forthcoming women football carnival at the National Stadium, Lagos, in January, 2016.

President of the Coaches Association, Goddy Esezobor, said the next Amalgamation of Women Football Coaches’ carnival would be better as several women footballers from all states of the Federation and Abuja will feature in the programme.

He said it would be a platform for women footballers to be picked by clubs and for various national teams.

Also speaking, Vice President of Amalgamation of Women Football Coaches, Swiss Hans krammear, disclosed that some corporate groups, including the Embassy of China in Nigeria, E.W Abuja and Liebh Air have agreed to partner them towards a quality 15th carnival and general upliftment of women football in the country.

“We shall not go cap in hand again.  We are already planning towards the Annual Tourney in January and we are encouraged by the support just as we appeal to other corporate groups and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to compliment our effort,”  Krammear said.
The new Exco of the Amalgamation of Women Football Coaches has chief Goddy Ezezobor, (President), Hans Krammear (vice president) Chinedu Ogbonna (Treasurer) Diana Ansak (Secretary) Mike Ayoka (Ass.Sec/Pro) and Femi Soluade Training officer.
