In a post on his Instagram page, Wright said, “Food is ready! #37degreeesinLagos is out worldwide! . . .I want to use this opportunity to thank everyone that has supported Ojayy Wright at some point, even from the onset till date. It has been one hell of a journey but I must say it has been completely worth it for me.

“Relocating to Nigeria after college, working on my sound and finally graduating to this very moment where I can give you a beautiful body of work with a mixture of sounds and elements while still staying true to myself has been nothing short of exciting and challenging at the same time.

“I wanna thank every artiste that agreed to work with me because y’all made it very easy for me from the get go! My big bros and two of Nigeria’s longest serving artiste and still going hard till date @iceprincezamani and @jaywonjuwonlo thank you so much.

“And most of all, to my fans, the fire I’m bringing this year is because of your unending love for me and my music and now it is my turn to make you happy! This is for you! #37DegreesinLagos is finally out and it’s yours now! Thank you because I know you are as excited as I am. I love you! I am the hottest Nigerian in 2020! . . . You know why? Because my fans say so! #BlueDiamond #2thousANDwright,” he wrote.

OJayy Wright is the son of famous award winning actress, Bukky Wright. He moved back to Nigeria after his degree from Rutgers University, New Jersey in United States of America to focus on his music career.

After releasing multiple successful singles under his mother’s management, he co-started an independent label name Barcodes Music Group (BCMG) and took a hiatus to create a new sound and image for himself.

Young, motivated and talented OJayy Wright’s new style of music is a blend of afrobeats, reggae, and hip-hop.
