Darey Art Alade’s Facebook Fanpage Account Hacked

The Facebook fanpage belonging to Nigerian R&B and pop singer, Darey Art Alade, has been hacked.

The attack was carried out this afternoon. After hijacking the fanpage, the hackers posted explicit pictures and videos from the account.

In a message received by The Guardian, Darey said he was working hard to retrieve the account from the hackers.

Darey is the latest Nigerian artist whose social media account was hacked.

In February this year, Yemi Alade, the Johnny crooner had her Instagram account attacked and her private conversations leaked. The following month, Wizkid fell prey to the whims of the hackers as his gmail account was hacked.

Other celebrities such as Tuface, D’banj, Chidinma and Flavour have been victims of hackers at various times.
