The 30-room facility is built to give guests a lasting experience of pleasure and security that money can buy.

The rooms, offered in five categories, comprise of Premier, Deluxe, Executive, Diamond and Ivory rooms. They are ranked according to space and services offered to customers. While Diamond and Ivory rooms are larger and contain more room, the others are smaller. But the facilities in each of the rooms are uniform: Queen-size beds, high-definition television, hospitality tray comprising complimentary fruits and beverages, mini-bar stocked with assorted drinks, toiletries, automated safe, soft sleepers and others.

Oakspring though is a small size hotel, the space are carefully managed to accommodate gym, bar, restaurant, car park and a 100-capacity hall. The bar and restaurant, according to staff, is open to in –house guests 24 hours in seven days.

With emphasis of white and brown colours, the interior of the hotel gives an ambience of mellowness and hygiene that guests will find welcoming. The room rates range from N25, 000 to N75, 000.

Oakspring Chairman, Okey Nkpolara said the hotel is in business for a long time. “We want guests to keep coming, and that is why we would continue to do the right thing right.” Part of the right things Oakspring is doing right is by having its staff trained by South African experts.

To use American classification scheme, Oakspring safely belongs to the superior tourist class.
