HoReCaBB launches hospitality business school in Africa

With the vision to helping hospitality workforce become world class professionals and help clients build enviable brands with the HM consulting services, HoReCaBB Mentors, a hospitality service company, has announced a launch of its first of a kind Hospitality Business School (HBS) in Africa.

With the vision to helping hospitality workforce become world class professionals and help clients build enviable brands with the HM consulting services, HoReCaBB Mentors, a hospitality service company, has announced a launch of its first of a kind Hospitality Business School (HBS) in Africa.

The launch, which was recently held at the hospitality pedestal, Omole Phase 2, attracted stakeholders in the hospitality industry, Chief Executives of hospitality businesses, Directors and SUNY-GFI Certified professionals respectively.

Among the dignitaries that attended were the Chairman of Dantata Foods, Alhaji Dantata, Chairman of Mega Chicken, Mr Ayenuyo, MD of Sundry Foods, Mr Akande, Chairman of Idmon Group, Alh Akinlade, Director in Ministry of Education, Chef Olayinka Eboda, Chef Shine Akintunde, Kefas Mark Punshak, Clement Okundayo and a host of others.

While welcoming the guests, in his remarks, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HoReCaBB Mentors, Mr Eric Mekwuye said “The Hospitality Business School (HBS) is the first of its kind in West Africa offering various hospitality courses in areas such as Culinary and Patisserie, Hotel Front Office and House Keeping, Restaurant Service, etc.”

Mekwueye who is a hospitality expert stated, “With HBS, there’s no need to travel abroad to get trained with International excellence. It is a complete hotel school. As from January, the doors of HBS would be open for new students at the school in Omole, Phase 2 Lagos.”

He said, “This is indeed the Harvard of Hospitality Industry in Nigeria. The Hospitality Business School, a place to be with state-of-the-art facilities in place”.
HoReCaBB Mentors is also in partnering with the State of New York Global Food Service Institute (SUNY-GFI) in raising a new generation of hospitality professionals. “
