Papa Ajasco Reloaded Season 2 to commence this July

Following the success of Season One of the revamped Papa Ajasco Reloaded, with the titleMr & Mrs Talented, which has been well-received by millions of viewers across the country, with a nomination as Best TV Series at the AMVCA, Wale Adenuga Productions (WAP) has announced that Season Two of the comedy sitcom will commence broadcast on Tuesday, July 24.

Speaking on the new series, producer of Papa Ajasco Reloaded, Wale Adenuga Jnr. said: “We truly appreciate the overwhelming positive response that the Papa Ajasco Reloaded Season One received thus far – increase in the viewership ratings of the programme, outstanding praise from local and international media reviewers, and even a nomination as Best TV Series at the 2018 AMVCA.

“With the Season Two, we have gone even bigger in terms of the story, stars, crew, equipment and a perfect blend of other elements guaranteed to leave viewers highly entertained and informed week after week,” he added.

Adenuga Jnr. stated that the season two parade the award winning stars including Papa Ajasco, Pa James, Mama Ajasco, Alinco, Miss Pepeiye and Ajasco, as well as a wide range of hilarious supporting artistes — Woli Arole, Francis Odega, Hafiz Oyetoro (Saka), Adunni Ade, Funky Mallam, Sanyeri, Akpan & Oduma, Mide Martins, Still Ringing, Babatunde Oyinbo, Kunle Coker, Melvin Oduah (Big Brother ex-Housemate) and a host of others.

He further stated that the sitcom series will be available to viewers across Nigeria through NTA Network (Tuesdays 8:00 – 8:30pm) and wapTV on DStv 262, StarTimes 116, GOtv 102, StarSat 189, PlayTV 275 TStv 223 and MyTV (Tuesdays 8:30 – 9pm); as well as accessible to audiences worldwide via YouTube: waptvchannel.
