IN furtherance of its corporate social responsibility initiative, Nuel Mark and Partners, a renowned firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers will on November 26, 2015, unveil The Nuel Mark Foundation.

According to the company, the Foundation would afford it more opportunity to give back to the society.

“God has been very kind to us and we have decided to use this platform to put smiles on the faces of the less privileged in our society. The key to doing good is within us, and a transformation can happen in all of us if we focus on making our environment a better place than we met it. When you choose to think good, speak good and do good, you can find your place in the world,” Lead Consultant and Head of Practice of Nuel Mark and Partners, Emmanuel Mark, said.

Established about 10 years ago, Nuel Mark and Partners is registered and recognised by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria and has since inception continued to play the role of an industry pace-setter.

With well over 400 choice properties in her business portfolio strategically located all over Nigeria, it specialises in all facets of the thriving property management and consultancy business. Some of its areas of specialty include development, appraisal, preparation of feasibility and viability reports on proposed projects and sourcing of development finance, and valuation of assets amongst others.
Mark, who spoke at an interactive session with journalists, stated that the company was creatively designed to offer a total well being experience to Nigerians.

“Our tested reputation based on experience, maturity, professionalism and prompt service delivery remains our hallmark,” he said.

He noted that Nuel Mark is supervised and managed by Nigerians and has gained global recognitions as evidenced by its membership of the prestigious International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).

He said the brand is committed to offering an all time total well-being experience and peace of mind to its numerous customers.

Mark added that the company has been sensitive to global trends, empirical reports and best practices, which informed its decision to propose and sponsor the first ever annual lecture on “Land Acquisition, Affordable and Sustainable Housing Development in the Niger Delta Region” in Port Harcourt as part of the events to mark its 10th anniversary celebration.
