Niche beauty pageant, Miss Hotlegs Nigeria, powered by Finishing Touch Events, which was scheduled for Saturday, September 29, 2018, have been reschedule to hold on Saturday November 3, 2018 at Lekki Astoria Event Centre, Lekki, Lagos.

According to the director of the pageant, Mosy O’Ginni, the reason for the reschedule is to give contestants, sponsors and supporters more time to prepare for the event.

O’Ginni said also stated that it is to give the judges more time to access and perceive the strengths of the contestants, adding that there was also the need to pick a new queen closer to the end of the year.

“All is to ensure that the reign of both the outgoing and incoming queen ended and begin in a smooth, seamless manner.

As previously stated, the event is expected to kick-off with a red carpet session at 5pm with the main event following immediately after,” she said.

The application for the new Miss Hotlegs Nigeria, which started in March and ended on May 30, 2018, has since culminated in the November event, where the winner of this year’s competition would be announced.

O’Ginni revealed that this year’s event is poised to be the biggest since the history of the pageant, adding that the winner will walk away with a cash prize and a chance to represent Nigeria at the Miss Hotlegs Africa Pageant.

She further stated that there are mouth-watering prizes for the runners-up. “It is a win win situation for everybody. To host a memorable show, everyone needs to be ready and all the ‘I’s and ‘T’s are crossed.

“Sponsors are happy that they have more breathing space and more time to prepare for the show. This window will also be a good opportunity for more sponsors who have shown interest to come on board.

Most importantly, the girls will not be choked for time and they will have more time to get ready. It is all about them,” O’Ginni stated.
