Meet Ryan Tseko, the flying pilot building a real estate empire

For many people the demands of becoming a certified pilot might be too much to accomplish not to talk of doing it while overseeing a thriving real estate empire.

For many people the demands of becoming a certified pilot might be too much to accomplish not to talk of doing it while overseeing a thriving real estate empire. But for Ryan Tseko, he has always moved with a pace that belied his age. He became a commercial air pilot at the age of 21 and has been on a steady incline since then.He credits Grant Cardone, the CEO of Cardone Capital, for taking him under his wings and showing him the ropes of the business. “I was Grant’s pilot and had already built a decent size real estate portfolio in my twenties, consisting of 21 properties,” he says.“I soon realized how small that really was and wanted to take my real estate profession to the next level. I sold all of my properties and started investing with Grant six years ago. Starting with $400,000 I invested in a portfolio consisting of 826 units located in Nashville Tennessee.”

Less than four years later when Grant Cardone sold that portfolio, consisting of four community complexes at Lincoya Bay, Hickory Creek, Jackson Grove and Sheffield Heights all in the east/northeast area of central Nashville, Ryan’s $400,000 had turned into 1.2 million and, ever since, he has taken on a more extensive role with Cardone Capital.

“I am often referred to as Grant Cardone’s right-hand man but my actual title is Executive Vice President of Cardone Capital, which currently has $1.9 Billion in Multifamily Real Estate Assets, totaling 8,000+ units,” he explains. “Additionally, in the last 25 months, Grant, I, and the team were able to raise over $430,000,000 via Crowd Funding alone, a feat that no company or individual has ever conquered.”
