Kinabuti is back with a new series of its masterclass for Dare2Dream contestants. This time, the programme featured the trio of fitness coach and CEO of Eden Lifestyle, Maje Ayinda, fashion designer Tokyo James and lifestyle journalist Azuka Ogujiuba, who took time off their tight schedules to mentor participants.

During his session with the girls, Maje Ayinda, who spoke on self-esteem and self-awareness as keys to success, also pointed out the connection between fitness and success.

“There’s something that is common to a lot of the successful people that you see out there; a lot of the achievers, entrepreneurs, businessman. There’s one thing that they all do; they all exercise,” he noted.

On his part, Tokyo James educated the girls on creative directing as part of the beauty & style series by Imperial Leather.

He said, “as creative directors, you should be able to use visuals to communicate,” adding that, “failure doesn’t mean you should give up; it is simply learning what not to do again. When working for a client, always under promise and over deliver. That way, they’ll never get disappointed,” he said.

Azuka Ogujiuba’s master class hosted by FCMB as part of Dare2Dream challenge was another inspirational and mentorship session, which afforded contestants the opportunity to get first-hand comments and guidance from one of the sharpest minds in the industry.

The fashion journalist, who inspired the girls with her success story and how she strived to accomplish all she has, also encouraged them to do whatever it takes to get what they want.

“But you should not compromise yourselves in the process,” she warned. The Dare2Dream initiative is powered by FCMB and Imperial Leather, while Maybelline, Canoe and Dana Air are sponsors.
