Those who have been trying to get across to notable actress, Joke Silva, may need to wait a few more days, as the fiery stage and screen actress is still on a performance tour abroad.

The actress is part of the cast of a stage play, Hear Word, which is currently on a world tour.

The play was staged at Harvard University, Massachusetts between April 15 and 17, and it is currently being staged at Frascati Theatre in Amsterdam.

Produced by Ifeoma Fafunwa and featuring notable stage and screen actresses, like Joke, Bimbo Akintola and Zara Udofia-Ejoh, the Hear Word tour is expected to climax in Nigerian on May 6, this year.

Based on a collection of true life stories, the play is promoted as a poignant, joyous and emotionally-charged showcase of female self-discovery and the numerous challenges facing Nigerian women, such as women empowerment and inclusion, inequality, domestic violence, transformation and socio-cultural restrictions.
