FRONTLINE herbal slimmer, Mrs Quincy Ayodele has buried her late dad, Chief Amos Oluwole Sodimu.
The late industrialist was laid to rest last Saturday in his country home in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. Quincy, who is known not to do her things in half-measures, dragged eminent Nigerians to the sprawling town of Abeokuta to give her father a befitting burial.
Top socialites who attended the burial included Olori Ladun Sijuade, Mrs Moji Dokpesi, former Presdent Olusegun Obasanjo’s wife (Mama Funsho), and a host of others.
The late community leader who died after a brief illness was aged 87. In an emotion-laden tribute to her dad, Quincy said he loved and served his family and his community with unwavering commitment. He was also a bridge builder, full of intellect, love and ability to articulate with wisdom.
