GBEMI-SARAKI[1]

No doubt, Senator Gbemi Ruhkayat Saraki has done well for herself, politically, in the last few years.

That GRS, as she is fondly called, has been able to earn herself the intimidating political profile she now parades is not doubt, yet, it is a fact that the likeable former senator has assumed a god-like stature, especially in her political clan in her home state, Kwara.

These days, one thing you would notice about Gbemi is her newly found mood of calmness. Hardly can you see her now without smiles on her face.

Her chosen quiet lifestyle was the reason she didn’t celebrate her 50th birthday late last year.

The beau is presently Chairman of the Governing Council of the newly established Federal University, Otuoke, Bayelsa State, hometown of immediate past President Goodluck Jonathan.
