Shade has delved into another business, especially repackaging herself, after the known family business owned by her father, Kas Chicken, on Allen Avenue in Ikeja and Ishaga in Surulere areas of Lagos, where she held sway collapsed years ago.

Before the foremost fast food eatery packed up, so much in demand was the quick service restaurant that the eatery was the toast of the mighty and affluent in society, from the very top of the military hierarchy to the civil society.

Shade was not only the queen of the business on Allen Avenue in the 1990s, she was known and respected in the United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US), especially among the happening crowd of Nigerians, not for anything, but for her business acumen and high lifestyle.

Months after she resurfaced, she has been busy trying to bounce back and re-launch herself in the business circle and the high society, where she rightfully belongs.

The society lady, who is also a Criminology graduate, is now into women’s natural organic products. Her new company is called Raw Essence, which also networks with other entrepreneurs on different platforms to share ideas and assist one another, as well as understand how to make the best of opportunities available.

A close source, who craved anonymity, disclosed that Shade would loved to go back to her eatery business, but she is trying to put some finishing touches and re-establish herself in a big way.
