Fashion agency scouts models for US fashion industry

In a bid to bring together the beauty of Nigeria, a US-based fashion agency, Global Modelling Concepts, in collaboration with Sieylan Creations, hosted 52 models for the International Fashion and Business Tour, recently in Lagos.

In a bid to bring together the beauty of Nigeria, a US-based fashion agency, Global Modelling Concepts, in collaboration with Sieylan Creations, hosted 52 models for the International Fashion and Business Tour, recently in Lagos.

Speaking at the fashion show, with the theme: Coming to America, the Chief Executive Officer, Sieylan Creations, Yashica Caffe, stated: ‘’This platform is for the scouting of models that will go to America, with a contract to be signed to the top agencies in the world and also to give the young ladies and men of the African culture an opportunity to get the necessary information about the United States and why modeling in entertainment could be an industry that can help them provide for themselves and their family.’’

Caffe added: “This year is the second edition scouting is being done by Next model agency, Hollywood model management, and these scouts are looking to scout the next Face of Nigeria, and if selected to come to America with the contract to be signed to the top agencies in the world, the scout will also let us know which models are signed to America, by signing them to Sieylan Creations and Global Modeling Concept. They will get the opportunity to work with top modeling agencies in the world.

Also speaking, the, Chairman and CEO, Global Modeling Concepts, Joe Ogbonna, said that the purpose of the modeling event is to sign models in Nigeria and take them to America on a modeling contract and business tour.
