Charles Granville’s latest film, 30 Pieces of Silver will official hit the big screen on October 23 and already big screen lovers across the country are enthusiastically waiting to see the star-studded movie that has been applauded by notable film critics.

Featuring a stellar cast comprising Enyinna Nwigwe, Nse Ikpe Etim, Jide Kosoko, Keppy Ekpenyong, Charles Granville, Collette Nwadike and Deyemi Okanlawon, 30 Pieces of Silver, is the story of Detective Shola (Nse Ikpe-Etim), who knows it will be a career high to finally pin down the ruthless Chief Boga (Jide Kosoko), a drug lord with a history of evading arrests and a reputation for killing his nemesis. Her resolve is tested by Martins (Enyinna Nwigwe), her absentee husband’s closest friend who seeks refuge in her home after his landlord evicts him. But Shola soon finds out that Martins and Boga are two points in an ever-tightening cat’s cradle of violence, betrayal and deceit that threatens her career and life.

Producer of the movie Charles Granville whose last production, Locked, was a huge success in the cinemas last year, describes the new work as a movie that will highlight the grafting stories of deceit, betrayal and unfaithfulness that’s prevalent in today’s society.

Also, director of the movie US-based Robert Peters, who has a string of box office hits under his sleeves, described the film as one of the best in recent times, stating that the technical details of the film as well as the superb acting showcased by the very experienced actors on the set will remain a milestone when it hits the cinema in the coming days. The film will be available in cinemas across major Nigerian cities.
