Gulder brand, which recently unveiled its new campaign, Own Your Journey, has expressed its detrmination to inspire young adults on their journey to success via numerous means, hence its decision to be part of Social Media Week 2019.
 
The Own Your Journey campaign is a strong statement from Gulder, as the brand seeks to urge Nigerians to not only be successful but to also revel in the path towards achieving their goals and aspirations.

Gulder is now seeking to celebrate both the man who has achieved, as well as the man who is diligent on his journey to success. 

The week-long event, which kicked off on Monday, February 4, 2019, is a yearly affair in which top personalities in the new media industry come together to share insights on various topics patterning to media and entertainment.

With a plethora of young people using social media to carve a niche for themselves and become successful individuals, Gulder’s brand message is right on the nose, as it speaks to a myriad of budding creative individuals who are passionately owning their journeys to success through social media.
 
As part of its sponsorship of Social Media Week, Gulder hosted attendees to an opening night party, bringing on a DJ to provide the music and treating all in attendance to the refreshing taste of Gulder as well as other beverages on the Nigerian Breweries portfolio.
 
Speaking at the opening party, Portfolio manager, Mainstream Lager, Sarah Agha, said, “We want young Nigerians to know that Gulder recognizes their hard work and effort. We see the passion in these young Nigerians whose aspiration and ambitions are beyond imagination. The rise of new media has offered individuals the platform to springboard them to their goals and dreams, and we are behind them all the way. We are here today to say we support you and we urge you all to own your journeys towards success.”

Meanwhile, the brand also hosted its own panel on Thursday, February 7, under the theme Building And Owning Your Unique Journey in the Ever Evolving Age of Social Media and the Rise of Insta-celebrities.

The session featured actor and media personality, Uti Nwachukwu, model and actor, Nonso Bassey, Media Personality, Oreka Godis and Brand Manager, Gulder, Kolawole Akintimehin.
 
As part of the closing ceremony yesterday, Gulder hosted guests and partisicpants to a night to remember, with a 5-star that lasted into the early hours of today.
