Adaobi Nwakuche is having a ball

In some quarters, she has been variously described as the first lady of the insurance industry because of her far-reaching prominence in that sector.

Adaobi Nwakuche’s popularity extends to the social circles, where she is one of the hottest and eligible singles.

The beautiful lady, who studied Government and Public Administration at Abia State University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), debuted on the scene many years ago.

Her meteoric rise in the corporate circle greatly aided her fame in the social milieu. Adaobi, a senior executive at the Standard Assurance Company of Nigeria, has had it well in many areas of her life, but one sore point is her failed marriage to Fredrick Ken Nwaeme.

The duo were pronounced husband and wife in 2006 at a multi-million naira carnival-like wedding, which took place at the Church of Assumption, Falomo in Lagos, and reception at the upscale Lagoon Restaurant in Victoria Island.

In attendance then were the crème de la crème of society, including the Kano State-born billionaire businessman, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, and insurance guru, Olorogun Otega Emerhor.

But barely two years into the celebrated wedding, the couple allegedly parted ways due to irreconcilable differences. She has managed to put behind the shackles of her life and moved on again.

In the recent times, Adaobi has been grinning and smiling unabashed, a situation those close to her say might not be unconnected with her job, which comes with a lot of goodies.

Indeed, she is savouring her freedom from any emotional attachment. In fact, she enjoys her life as if she has never been engaged in any conjugal consummation with any man before.

She powers around town with up-to-date cars and always dresses to the nines.
