It is named Lorenzo, which upon completion would be magnificent development and symbol of structural mastery in Ikoyi’s prestigious neighbourhood of Bourdillon.

Lorenzo, according to the developer, presents homeowners the elegance of worldclass residential poise on our own shores with unrivalled features, facilities and excellent services.

The project is a 25-floor residential masterpiece built on 3,800 square metres of amazing landscape.

With an enviable aesthetical icon, the tallest residential building with the neighbourhood was designed with fully automated outstanding luxury apartments having two kitchens, three parking spaces, standard gym, worldclass spa, crèche, exceptional landscape and a five-star restaurant, penthouse suite with private swimming pool.

Highlighting the project’s selling point, the developer says it is bringing three fundamental pillars of real estate into one space: location, architecture and lifestyle.

Justifying reasons for investment, the founder and lead partner of Sujimoto Group, Mr. Sijibomi Ogundele assures of huge return. “To ensure that stakeholders optimise the investment opportunity that Lorenzo presents, we have carried out market survey and intelligence gathering. In the process, we have evaluated several apartments in Ikoyi and Victoria Island and related with over 150 potential lessors to determine their requirements with reference to the building features and functionality, Ogundele said.

His words: “From the comparative research carried out in-house, it is apparent that we are giving our first set of investors a two naira property at the price of one naira. Price starts from $900,000, which is about N190million.

We are selling only 22 units; this allows the first lucky buyers enjoy an increase in investment of at least 100 per cent upon completion.
