According to him, the vision of the organisation is to develop affordable luxuries, which have been attested to by quite a number of people, who have visited especially in the type of neighbourhood.

The apartment goes for N35 million per a unit of  four-bed room terrace and N38 million for ones at the corner piece because of extra space and comfort.

Stressing further on the affordability of the apartments, he said, the organization was not actually out to make money but to ensure that people are given the opportunity to own a very nice befitting home.

“When you consider the selling price of the property with others, you will find out that it is actually an affordable luxury”. He said.

Omotosho stressed that the courts situated in a 2000 square metres, has an efficient central sewage and drainage system to cater for the estimated number of occupants with a drainage system, strategically done to ensure free flow of water.

Other facilities provided in service apartment, he said, include a dedicated transformer for to ensure steady voltage in the apartments as well as a standby   generator as alternative source of power.

Also, the Head of Human Resources and Administration, Tolake Ogunleye, said the project was a flagship court for Sandworth after the development of the Arena in Oshodi has witnessed great interest with one already gone, while negotiations are ongoing on the remaining six units.
She disclosed that the project completed within seven months offers investors opportunity to own a quality house. “What were are offering   is great because our estate has the high quality and premium finishing, which most of the real estate companies did not really have.

“Our finishing is out of the place, because the house and kitchen are fully fitted with amble parking space both inside ands outside. We also have borehole but something different from the ordinary. We also provide facility management, water treatment, security and central sewage system”. She added.

For the Head of Sales and Strategy, Alexander Osunde, Sandworth is providing a mix of comfortable and stylish brand of housing.
