To mitigate shortfalls in housing, an estate developer, Brit property Nigeria Limited has called for government support for the provision of affordable housing for low-income Nigerians.

Managing Director of the company, Dr. Bright Ihesiulo, who stated this at the company’s anniversary in Lagos said, the call became necessary because government cannot do it all hence the need for the support of the private sector.

While announcing the company’s plans to build more estates in Ogun State, he advised Nigerians to save a little from their earnings to be able to cater for their housing needs.

He said: “we plan to build more estates in Ogun state and other parts of the country to provide housing for all working Nigerian irrespective of their salary. We appreciate our customers and agents that have supported and contributed immensely to the success of the company in the out-gone year”.

Ihesiulo listed other property managed by the company to include: Britwood park; Victory Garden Estate; Leadway Garden Estates.
