Chevron cooperative picks contractor for Twin-Lake estate

Chevron Peninsula Twin Lake Estate Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society, PTMCS, has awarded contract to build 70units of terrace houses on four floors to
Construction Kaiser Limited (CKL).

CKL came top, after a series of bidding process spanning over three years with both foreign and indigenous companies.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction works has been held in Lekki, adjacent to Chevron office in Lagos.

The Project Architects are the renowned FMA Architects Ltd., Civil and Structural Engineers are IAA Associates Ltd while the mechanical, the electrical Engineering Consultants are Power field Consulting while the quantity surveying work for the project has been awarded to Greenhouse Inc.

The commencement of construction is expected to spark a chain of developments around the Twin-Lake area of Lekki.

The Twin-Lake Estate was reclaimed a few years ago.

Julius Berger carried out the dredging and reclamation works for the project.
