Merrybells unfolds plan to deliver 1,000 Luxury homes in Gurku

AS part of its vision to provide luxury homes to those who crave them, Merrybells Corporate Services Limited, an Abuja-based private developer, has commenced the construction of 1,000 luxury-housing units under an estate scheme known as “The Petra Parks”, in Gurku, Nassarawa State.

 Speaking with journalists on the uniqueness of the Petra Parks project, in Nassarawa last week, Chief Executive Officer of the group, Emmanuel Oyelowo, said the objective of starting the estate was essentially to meet the growing demand for luxury apartment by his clients, adding that the estate would be the flagship of exquisite homes in the area.

   Oyelowo noted that the Petra Park is made up of exquisitely designed homes, covering about 150 hectares of fully fenced land area. He explained that a team of seasoned professionals that included the architects, surveyors, structural and mechanical and electrical engineers to guarantee quality for prospective owners packaged the designs for the homes.

 “Petra Park is a luxurious estate comprising a perfectly laid out housing units of more than 1,000 plots located on the plane expanse around the rocky stretch of Gurku, Nassarawa State. It is a well-designed exquisite estate, perfectly laid out to cover about 150 hectares. 

  “The site lies behind Mpape Hills accessible­ via Mararaba-Jos highway, with about five minutes drive from Maitama via the ongoing Maitama-Gurku- Keffi link road and designed to give owners a sense of luxury even at a very low budget”, he said.

  He added that physical allocation of land has since commenced to meet guidelines by the company, and in consonance with the land ownership laws in Nassarawa State, vis-à-vis the office of the paramount ruler of the community.

Already, the perimeter fencing and a functioning gate into the estate have also been completed. Oyelowo added that in order to guarantee the safety of investments by potential buyers, the company has completed all laid down processes for legally acquiring land in the state.
