‘Blue water housing project will exceed expectations’

The developers of Blue Water housing project, a multifamily residential initiative has promised to deliver the construction on schedule and exceed all expectations.  
 
Conceived by two leading real estate developers in Nigeria, African Capital Alliance, and Elalan Group, the compnaies in a statement said that the project has been on track to deliver Phase one of the constructions by December. 
 
According to the developers, “the foundation is 80 per cent complete with the basement car park at about 90 per cent.

The floor slabs are completed up to the 15th floor with the 16th floor at 20 per cent and the lift shafts completed up to the 15th floor and 35 per cent at the 16th floor.

The construction team is split into two groups with one handling the framework and the other handling the finishing. There is an innovative batching plant for onsite concrete production to accelerate the construction process and eliminate time over run.

Commencement of the development’s numerous recreational amenities and procurement of the fixtures, fittings and finishing materials are scheduled to start before the end of the year in preparation for the final fix construction set to take place in 2019.

In the project, Elalan Construction serves as the main contractor working with other notable building industry professionals.
