Group lauds, promises support for Ambode

A Lagos group, Itesiwaju Ipilenko Eko Vanguard, yesterday promised to mobilise over three million votes for Governor Akinwumi Ambode in the 2019 elections.The group said the plan is to appreciate his laudable achievements in the state.

A Lagos group, Itesiwaju Ipilenko Eko Vanguard, yesterday promised to mobilise over three million votes for Governor Akinwumi Ambode in the 2019 elections.The group said the plan is to appreciate his laudable achievements in the state.

Seyi Bamigbade, the General Coordinator and Olusegun Olulade, the Chairman, Apex Forum of the group are spearheading the mobilisation.Both are members of the state House of Assembly, representing the Epe division.

Bamigbade, who received some defectors at the weekend, told the people at the inauguration of the United Christian Family Initiative (U.C.F.I) to support good governance, which Ambode represents.

Also speaking, Commissioner 1 in the Lagos State Civil Service Commission, Pastor Israel Alagbe, thanked Olulade and Bamigbade for their efforts in mobilising more votes for Ambode.Olulade said the UCFI has become a part and parcel of the Itesiwaju Ipinle Eko Vanguard.
 
He cited some of the governor’s landmark projects that have endeared him to the residents across the five divisions of the state.He urged the people to collect the Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) on time, as their weapon to return Ambode for a second term.
