Atiku’s ticket good omen for Buhari, says group

A group, Buhari National Votes Guards and Awareness, has described the emergence of Atiku Abubakar as a good omen for President Muhammadu Buhari’s re-election in 2019.

Its National Liberator and Coordinator, Kailani Muhammad, stated this at a press conference in Kaduna.

He said the former vice president who emerged, as the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), is no match for Buhari.

According to him, Atiku cannot rule Nigeria as his political background has been marred by corruption allegations.

He said: “The majority of Nigerians know that for a certainty, Atiku is no match for Buhari in the presidential election of 2019 because of his alleged political corrupt-marred background and Buhari’s antecedent as a man of impeccable pedigree, who is focused towards building a socio-political and economic development.”
