It is just stupidity for this reporter or writer to be asking what different is with state not nominating commissions and the president not nomination minister. when a state fails to do something, it affect a small number of people, when the president fails to do something, it effective 170 million Nigeria, a few African countries and domestic and international investors and a whole host of business.
