Garba Shehu

Sir: Recently, the President’s media aide, Mr Garba Shehu advised angry Nigerians and sundry wailing wailers to channel their grievances to the “right quarters,” i.e: the erstwhile (GEJ) administration.

It is humbly submitted that if we are to do as advised, and keep blaming the GEJ administration for the problems it created and bequeathed to us, maybe we should consider bringing it back to clean up the mess.

The GEJ administration was rejected at the polls because of its failings, and we elected the APC in acknowledgement of the mess the PAST administration got us into. APC should concentrate on how to get out of the mess, not but sing daily to us about it. This APC-led administration promised #Change at the moment, the change we are seeing is not very sweet.

The quality of personnel at the helm of affairs, (with the exception of a few), does not inspire a lot of confidence. The lack of an articulate communication of the government’s economic plans (if it exists), and the assault on social cohesion by the polarising nature of presidential appointments has left this and many Pro-Buhari Nigerians disillusioned.

Dear Mr Garba Shehu, you are most humbly advised to ‎cease making a song and a dance of the Jonathan era. That song is now worn. ‎Please give us the CHANGE your party promised. Nothing less, nothing more.
