The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), Regional Director for West Africa and Country Representative for Nigeria, Mr. Ydo Yao has unveiled plans to celebrate 1000 youths that have successfully complete the ICT Training programme of the organisation in collaboration with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) administration.

Yao made this known during a visit to the FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Bello in Abuja.Speaking on the success of the programme, he stressed the need to institutionalise the process by establishing a hub where beneficiaries could come for refresher courses.

Responding, the minister assured that the administration would continue to work with the agency to ensure refresher courses are available for FCT youths already trained by UNESCO.
