That is the hackneyed language we hear all the time. Why can’t the Police confront these idiots and scatter their brains with bullets. Now two innocent lives were wasted and they escaped with un-quantified amount of money, and by the time the fools are arrested, they have enjoyed their loot and may even not captured. A good management practice is avert problem instead of managing it.
We will review and take appropriate action.
