Traditional rulers contributed to my achievements, says Bagudu
Kebbi State Governor Atiku Bagudu has attributed his achievements in the last four years to the support of traditional rulers in the state.
He stated this yesterday while receiving the four emirs with their subjects to Government House, Brinin-Kebbi for a Sallah visit, adding that his achievements were based on the advised from the royal fathers.
He explained that they play a vital role in the society, as fathers, saying: “And we must respect them to ensure peaceful atmosphere in the state and entire country.
“They helped my administration to succeed in my four years administration and I am thankful for that,” he said.
Bagudu added that the state government has secured over N1billion, which has been earmarked for cattle breeders and fishermen in the state, insisting that the loan would help reduce unemployment and support the people in their own businesses.
